REFUNDS/EXCHANGE POLICY
Lottsford, does not offer refunds.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to
exchange items, email us at support@lottsford.
Online our E-Thrift Store purchased items.
Unfortunately, Lottsford doesn’t accept return in these cases. You can still contact us regarding the return, but it’s up to us to accept it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@lottsford.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll email you, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without Lottsford approve will not be accepted.
